Donna Gambrell is the Director of the CDFI Fund which expands the capacity of financial institutions to provide credit, capital, and financial services to underserved populations and communities in the United States. Donna was the opening speaker at Thursday’s Conference-wide luncheon where she talked about the importance of funding to CDFIs and the low-income and low-wealth communities they serve.
