This year’s report contains synopses of CDFI-specific legislation introduced in the 2010 legislative session. It also features three case studies highlighting CDFIs and their advocacy efforts at the state level.

OFN Members Receive $850 Million in New Markets Tax Credit Allocations
On February 24th, CDFI Fund Director Donna Gambrell was joined by Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings in Baltimore, MD in announcing $3.5 billion in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) awards. The allocations provided credits to 99 organizations headquartered in 27 states and the District of Columbia.
